Each school participating in Philly TAP successfully completed a rigorous application process demonstrating their determination to embark on a demanding new system. The schools endured multiple in-depth interviews with leadership teams and board members, and adoption of the TAP system ultimately required a vote by the school's entire staff that showed 66 percent agreed with and supported the commitment to Philly TAP.
